HAIDH: KENAPA TIDAK BOLEH BERHUBUNGAN INTIM

Definisi haidh ada dua macam.

Haidh menurut Bahasa mempunyai arti mengalir.  Sedangkan menurut istilah, haidh adalah mengalirnya darah wanita pada waktu tertentu yang berasal dari dalam rahimnya, yeng merupakan luruhnya penebalan dinding rahim bagian dalam (endometrium) dikarenakan tidak adanya nidasi atau penanaman hasil pembuahan antara sperma dengan sel telur.

Haidh terjadi saat seorang perempuan mengalami baligh. Atau bisa dikatakan bahwa haidh merupakan awal bagi seorang perempuan bisa dikatakan baligh/dewasa.

Haidh merupakan kodrat alami seorang wanita yang langsung datang dari Allah melalui bermacam proses hormone yang berperan. Seorang perempuan tidak perlu dikucilkan, namun justru harus disayangi saat mereka sedang haidh. Lagi, seorang perempuan yang sedang haidh mengalami perubahan hormonal yang membuatnya cenderung labil, mudah emosi dan lebih banyak mencari perhatian. Oleh karena itu, dalam Islam diatur bahwa saat seorang perempuan sedang haidh harus banyak disayang.

Hal yang mutlak tidak boleh dilakukan saat seorang perempuan sedang haidh adalah berhubungan suami istri. Selain berpengaruh terhadap munculnya suatu penyakit, berhubungan suami istri saat istri sedang haid juga diharamkan.

Apa yang dapat terjadi saat seorang perempuan sedang haidh dan dipaksa tetap berhubungan badan?

Secara anatomi, saat terjadi haidh, terjadi peluruhan lapisan endometrium yang secara langsung juga terjadi rusaknya pembuluh darah (terbukanya pembuluh darah yang rusak) di jaringan tersebut. Pembuluh darah yang terbuka inilah yang membuat perempuan rentan mengalami gangguan kesehatan. Gesekan serta gerakan memompa saat berlangsungnya hubungan seksual disinyalir dapat menimbulkan terjadinya emboli udara yang masuk melalui pembuluh darah yang terbuka.

Emboli ini dapat mengalir mengikuti aliran darah yang akan berakhir sebagai sumbatan terhadap aliran darah yang mendarahi jantung melalui pembuluh darah jantung. Sumbatan tersebut bisa menyebabkan serangan jantung mendadak yang berujung kematian.

Pernah kah mendengar berita kematian seseorang saat sedang melakukan hubungan badan? Atau death on making love? Wallahua’lam bishawab.

Meski jarang terjadi, namun ancaman penyakit lain juga banyak mengintai pada orang-orang yang menghalalkan berhubungan badan dikala haidh. Sebut saja AIDs / HIV, cancer leher rahim, infeksi panggul dan masih banyak penyakit lainnya.

Lamanya haidh?

Membicarakan mengenai lamanya haidh, satu individu dengan individu lainnya belum tentu sama. Terkait berbagai hal yang mempengaruhinya. Antara lain adalah hormonal, keturunan, juga status gizi serta kondisi fisik organ reproduksi seseorang.

Secara umum lamanya haidh akan bervariasi antara 1x 24 jam hingga 15×24 jam.

Lantas bagaimana jika haidh melebihi 15 hari? Terkait dengan peraturan ibadah dalam Islam yang kerap berhubungan dengan masa haidh, ulama sebagian berpendapat bahwa haidh dengan durasi lebih dari 15 hari dimasukkan dalam kategori darah sitihadhah atau darah penyakit.

Pun, dari segi medis, haid yang terlalu lama biasanya mencerminkan adanya sesuatu “yang salah” di dalam sana. Oleh karena itu, ada baiknya juga bila seorang perempuan mengalami haidh lebih dari 15 hari untuk segera memeriksakan organ reproduksinya ke dokter kandungan. Untuk apa? Untuk memastikan bahwa di dalam rahim sana atau di dalam indung telur tidak ada penyakit tertentu seperti kista maupun myoma uteri.

Meskipun begitu, lagi-lagi, durasinya haidh disesuaikan dengan kebiasaan lamanya haidh masing-masing individu.

Ciri-ciri darah haid?

Gimana caranya membedakan antara darah haidh dengan darah biasa?

Beberapa ciri darah haidh berikut ini dapat sedikit membantumu:

  1. Darah haidh berwarna merah kehitaman, dan lebih kental disbanding dengan darah biasa
  2. Darah haidh berbau tidak sedap.
  3. Darah haidh susah mengeringnya

Bagaimana perlakuan Islam terhadap perempuan yang sedang haidh?

Lakukanlah semua (yang kalian inginkan) kecuali jima’ (HR. Muslim: 302)

Bahkan para ulama bersepakat akan haramnya jima’ bagi perempuan yang sedang haidh.

Kapan datang dan perginya darah haidh?

Datang haidh: Mengalirnya darah yang merah kehitaman, pekat dan tidak sedap pada waktu-waktu yang memungkinkan untuk perempuan haidh.

Berhenti haidh ditandai dengan:

  1. Jufuf (Kering): seorang perempuan haidh meletakkan tisu di kemaluan, jika tisu itu keluar dalam keadaan kering maka berarti telah suci.
  2. Al Qoshotul Baidho’: yaitu cairan putih yang keluar dari Rahim perempuan ketika telah selesai masa haidh, jika seseorang telah mendapati keberadaan cairan putih ini maka ia telah suci.
